This is Full-Time Executive Level Position, Qualified candidates must have expert proficiency and capability surrounding all aspects of business technology. Preferably direct experience with startups.

Responsibilities:

Determine, recommend, and implement optimal E-commerce solution i.e. WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and others)
Manage the migration of E-commerce platforms and integration of new and optimum features
Lead app/web-based solution development on an E-commerce platform
Comprehend end-user needs and chalk out app functionalities and architecture
Layout app development approach and project plan, and draft complete documentation accordingly
Review coding and guide team for resolution of technically complex issues faced during the development and implementation process
Monitor app/web-based solution development progress, identify bottlenecks and take measures for in time and according to specification completion
Design SOPs to ensure work quality throughout app development, testing, and implementation process as per standards
Create robust automated unit/functional test suites and deployment script
Define SLAs with third parties and manage third parties accordingly
Keeps abreast of latest technologies, develop new/improve existing SOPs as per best practices and standards
Monitor KPIs of the department, manage technical risks and contribute to the achievement of ROI
Create cohesive, engaging, and winning team culture

Technology:

Adept at end-to-end E-Commerce process flow starting from product induction all the way to last-mile order fulfillment
Experience in working with ERP technology (Microsoft D365 preferred)
Detailed knowledge, understanding, and experience of CRM tools and their integration within the E-Commerce structure
Expertise with core web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services, Web Servers, Caching
Experience building Shopify Apps, middleware, plugins, and systems integrators
Experience with React, Redux, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Next.js, Node.js, Shopify, SQL, GraphQL
Passion for creating clean, maintainable code
Take pride in writing tests to ensure quality code
Backend: PHP, Python microservices
Experience integrating 3rd party API’s
Cloud Services
SEO best practices
