What we are looking for in YOU?

Experience: 1+ Years/Fresh

Must Have:

• BS/BSC or equivalent background.
• Must be able to closely Coordinate with support and Implementation team along with clients as well.
• Must have functional knowledge of ERP systems and/or Business Analytics.
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Must be a people’s person who has a command on customer handling, providing solutions and should always be ready for going an extra mile to satisfy customer needs.
• Maintain daily logs for clients syncing and recurrent Issues.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Power BI or any other analytical tool is a plus.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Should be able to work in flexible hours.
